🛠️ DevLog: DevNet5 Dashboard – Node Pool & User Task Metrics Live We’ve now integrated Node Pool, Node Stats, and Node Reputation for user tasks (session module) into the DevNet5 dashboard - complete with time series tracking and node-level detail. This complements existing metrics already in place for network tasks (Cognitive Module), giving us full-spectrum observability across both task layers. What’s Now Visible: 🔹 Real-time tracking of ephemeral, reserved, and released nodes 🔹 Node Pool utilization metrics and historical trends 🔹 User task (session) success rates: ack, precommit, commit 🔹 Node execution timestamps and detailed lifecycle view per node Explore on DevNet5: • dashboard-devnet5.cortensor.…dashboard-devnet5.cortensor.…lb-be-5.cortensor.network/no… 🔜 Next: Integrate SessionStats into the dashboard to complete visibility around session assignment, lifecycle, and engagement patterns. #Cortensor #DevNet5 #UserTasks #SessionModule #DePIN #DevLog #Dashboard

🛠️ DevLog: Iterating Dashboard Visualization for User Task Metrics With Node Pool now smarter and more efficient - thanks to idle node detection in both ephemeral and reserved states - it’s time to shift focus toward visualizing these improvements. Over the coming weeks, we’ll iterate on dashboard components to surface: 🔹 Real-time Node Pool state 🔹 NodeStats & NodeReputation for user tasks 🔹 Deeper insights into node behavior across ack, precommit, and commit states These metrics are already functional at the contract and backend level - now it’s about making them actionable through the UI. SessionStats is also integrated and next in line for dashboard visualization, completing the observability loop across the full user task flow. #Cortensor #DevNet5 #NodePool #UserTasks #DePIN #DevLog

📊 Infographic #71: Session Module – The Inference Strategist In the decentralized AI flow of #Cortensor, the Session Module acts as the intelligent orchestrator—structuring, scheduling, and managing every inference request. 🧠 What It Does: 🔹 Defines Task Parameters Users or services can specify accuracy targets, cost sensitivity, validation level, and compute limits for each task. 🔹 Selects Optimal Nodes Pulls from the Node Pool based on performance, reputation, and availability—ensuring tasks are assigned to the most reliable resources. 🔹 Manages Session Lifecycle Each task flows through defined states (Create → Prepare → Commit → End), tracked and managed transparently. Why It Matters: 🔹Customizability: Users tailor each session to their goals. 🔹Scalability: Handles parallel and multi-session flows with ease. 🔹Accountability: Every task has a traceable lifecycle. The Session Module is the core coordinator that transforms AI requests into structured, validated, and trackable jobs—bridging Web2 & Web3 seamlessly. 📖 Dive deeper: docs.cortensor.network/techn… Full Version: cortensor.medium.com/infogra… #Cortensor #AI #DePIN #SessionModule #DePIN

🛠️ DevLog: Experimenting with Multi-Session Support for Router Nodes We're currently testing multi-session support per Router Node as part of ongoing development and session UI prototyping. 🔹 The Concept: • A single Router Node could expose multiple endpoints like /completions/1, /completions/2 • Each endpoint corresponds to a different Session ID, enabling unique configurations:  ▫️ /completions/1 → cheaper, faster inference  ▫️ /completions/2 → higher validation, stricter accuracy 🔧 The current implementation only supports one session per Router. We're experimenting with refactoring the logic to allow multiple parallel sessions per node. Still early, but this could enable more flexible and scalable AI service offerings. #Cortensor #AI #DePIN #Web3 #RouterNode #SessionModule #DevLog #DecentralizedAI

🛠️ DevLog: Session & Router Metadata WebSocket Auth Flow We’re iterating on the #Session detail layout, now integrating support for Router metadata and preparing for real-time token streaming between Miners and Routers. 🔹 Key Updates: • When a Router Node starts, it auto-registers its IPv4/IPv6 info into the Session struct • This allows Miners to stream LLM token results back to the correct Router via WebSocket • Before any stream begins, nodes must authorize via #SessionAuth—ensuring secure, verified communication This completes a crucial part of Cortensor’s real-time decentralized AI pipeline—linking Miners and Routers securely with live session metadata. #Cortensor #AI #DePIN #Web3 #SessionModule #RouterNode #DevLog #WebSocket #SessionAuth #DecentralizedAI

🛠️ DevLog: Session Struct Deep Dive Mock UI Work in Progress We're actively working on the Session structure and initial mock UIs for managing sessions within Cortensor’s decentralized AI pipeline. 🔍 What is a Session? It’s the core unit that defines how an AI inference job is managed—containing details like: • Assigned dedicated nodes • Router metadata • Node allocation mode (ephemeral, hybrid, or dedicated) • Validator count, redundancy, and limits • Ownership, timestamps, and metadata Alongside this, we’re prototyping the Session UI, which will let users create, configure, and manage their sessions directly. This is an essential step toward enabling flexible, user-defined AI orchestration at scale. More previews coming soon. #Cortensor #AI #DePIN #Web3 #SessionModule #DevLog #DecentralizedAI #DesktopApp
