NSO, MoSPI is revising the base year for the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) from 2011-12 to 2022-23. The revised IIP series will be released on 1 June 2026, providing indices from April 2023 onwards, including Quick Estimates for April 2026. It will cover overall and sectoral indices, 2-digit NIC-2025 manufacturing indices, Use-based Classification, and Linking Factor.
