個人的にはAXTより、今日はPLP関連ガン買いしたのでACMRとかONTOが上抜けるか見る予定…
ONTOは、パネル向けリソグラフィ装置JetStep X500を持っていて、これは高性能AICSや先端パッケージのパネル量産向けと会社が明記している。さらにJetStep S3500では、FO-PLP向けにダイ配置ズレを補正するStepFASTソフトも出している。PLPはRDL形成でリソグラフィ精度が重要なのでここはかなり直撃。
ACMRは公式にAdvanced Panel-Level Packagingページを持ち、Ultra ECP ap-pがRDL、pillar、bump、TGV、fan-out向けのパネルめっきに対応し、510×515mmや600×600mmの有機・ガラス基板を扱えると説明している。
さらに2025年11月には、Fan-out PLP向けの水平パネル銅めっき装置を出荷したと発表されている。PLPで重要なRDL銅めっき工程に直撃するので、PLPの工程装置としては良い。
ただしACMRはリスクが大きめ、中国関連・輸出規制・顧客偏重・株価ボラetc。
あとは、CAMT、AMKRあたりまで軽く。
