Same thing in #Nepal where, throughout its 250-year history, it marginalized ppl belonging to castes other than d so-called high caste (& females) through #StructuralDiscrimination & #SystemicCasteism. Only 2 men who spearheaded a violent 10-year civil war were high caste men.

"Bro, the only real chor & co in Nepal are the ones who’ve looted the country for 35 years straight Congress, UML,& Maoists"🤣🤣🤣 @AskPerplexity & @grok, please explain to the monarchists who institutionalized & entrenched #StructuralDiscrimination & #SystemicCasteism in Nepal.
Classic clueless take. “Murti Chor & Co”? When logic fails, just parrot the same old communist propaganda. You people act like mocking the monarchy is a political ideology. It’s not - it’s your intellectual bankruptcy🥱. The problem with people like you is simple you don’t want discourse; you want dominance. You cry ‘democracy’ but can’t stand diverse thought. Bro, the only real chor & co in Nepal are the ones who’ve looted the country for 35 years straight Congress, UML, and Maoists- while people like you still bark at the King who hasn’t held office since your childhood. The man you call “Murti Chor” literally pays more tax than half your “leaders” combined and runs actual businesses, not party cartels. The monarchy didn’t steal your future your “republican communist daddies” did. Pukar Bam’s so-called “new politics” ended up splitting the votes of honest and frustrated citizens, which helped the same corrupt old forces stay in power. So, spare the “Murti Chor” lectures. If your idea of progress is helping the very criminals you pretend to fight, then congratulations you’re not part of the solution; you’re just a useful distraction. This country doesn’t need another round of blind hero worship or hate politics it needs balance. And that balance can only come from acknowledging all voices, not just the ones echoing your ideology. Keep pushing singular politics, and you’ll be the very reason Nepal stays unstable, divided, and leaderless🙏

"You can insult your leaders all you want, as long as you never question the system that produces them." In #Nepal, the thoroughly corrupt systems that produce the leaders very few questions are characterised by #StructuralDiscrimination & #SystemicCasteism.

You confuse permission with freedom. You think criticizing your government makes you free, when it only proves your obedience has been domesticated. The empire learned long ago that censorship creates martyrs, but managed dissent creates citizens who mistake supervision for liberty. You can insult your leaders all you want, as long as you never question the system that produces them. That’s why the same wars, the same banks, and the same interests outlive every election. You call that democracy. I call it continuity. You say authoritarianism means "too much power in one hand." But tell me, who has more power than a system that can bomb seven countries in a decade without consulting its people? In your mind, "freedom" is the right to complain while nothing changes. In mine, it’s the right to change what you’re not allowed to complain about. You say no country is perfect. That’s true. But only one insists on punishing everyone else for "imperfection." You want to know the difference between your "democracy" and our so-called "authoritarianism"? We don’t pretend. You do. Your freedom ends where your empire begins. You say the only American colony was Liberia. Tell that to Puerto Rico. Tell it to Guam. To Hawaii. To the Philippines. To every Latin American state whose elections were rewritten by your ambassadors. Colonies don’t always fly foreign flags anymore. Some just carry foreign debt. Everywhere the dollar dictates policy, a colony exists. Everywhere the IMF writes the budget, a colony exists. Everywhere your vote ends at someone else’s veto, a colony exists. So don’t mistake tolerance for democracy, or noise for freedom. Empires don’t silence everyone. They teach them what’s safe to say.

The government and its institutions—like the Ministry of Education, local Boards of Education, and schools—know very well that most victims don’t have the financial means to keep fighting. That’s exactly why they abuse public funds—our taxes—to hire government-backed lawyers, who will protect them at any cost. Meanwhile, when victims try to hire lawyers, they are often advised not to fight. Lawyers take their consultation fees, but many refuse to take the case to court. Why? Because winning such cases means they can’t get future jobs from the government anymore. In my opinion, we need a new system where public officials are prohibited from hiring lawyers. If the government truly believes it’s doing the right thing, they should be the ones explaining themselves directly. Not through lawyers. Not behind money. But face to face, with accountability. It’s no longer a fair fight. It’s the power of endless public funding vs. exhausted families already crushed by the system. Why do most lawyers take the government’s side? Because the government has endless money—and losing a job offer from the state is fatal to many lawyers’ careers. I am not accusing any individual lawyer. But in this country, it seems only a few brave ones are willing to stand for justice—not for power. We need to talk about this. #EducationInCrisis #SchoolBullying #JapanHumanRights #VictimsHaveNoLawyers #PublicMoneyUsedToSilenceUs #StructuralDiscrimination #SystemicAbuse #FixTheSystem #EducationReformJapan #GlobalSolidarity #WeWillNotBeSilenced

“In Japan, disability is used as an excuse to erase the truth.” When victims with disabilities report bullying, their disability traits are used to deny their experiences. ⸻ 👂 For Deaf or hard-of-hearing people: “You just misheard.” “You misunderstood.” “You saw it wrong.” “It’s a misunderstanding.” — and the bullying is dismissed as if it never happened. In my case, I used written communication (筆談), but the officials said, “It’s just a misunderstanding.” Because I cannot hear, their words become absolute truth. That’s how silence is imposed. ⸻ 🧩 For Autistic or neurodivergent people: “You’re overreacting.” “You imagined it.” Their pain is labeled as “too sensitive” or “a personal issue.” ⸻ 🧠 For people with intellectual disabilities: “You just don’t understand.” “You can’t explain clearly, so it’s not credible.” Communication difficulty becomes “proof of lying.” ⸻ 👁 For people with visual impairments: “You didn’t see it.” “You probably misunderstood.” Their blindness is used to erase what they felt. ⸻ 🦽 For people with physical disabilities: “You couldn’t move, so you weren’t there.” “You’re exaggerating.” Their limited mobility becomes “evidence of nonexistence.” ⸻ This is Japan — a country that preaches inclusion, yet uses disability traits as a shield to deny the truth. Bullying is not something to be proven with evidence. It’s something felt, survived, and remembered. To say “It’s just a misunderstanding” is not protecting peace — it’s silencing pain. ⸻ True inclusion means believing those who can’t prove their pain. True justice means refusing to weaponize disability against truth. ⸻ #DisabilityJustice #InclusiveEducation #StopAbleism #BullyingInJapan #HumanRightsViolations #SilencedVoices #StructuralDiscrimination #JapanEducationCrisis #BelieveDisabledVoices #JusticeForVictims #NeverAgain

🇯🇵 Japan’s Hidden Reality There was a story shared: A family asked a School Social Worker (SSW) to support their child who had been bullied. However, once the assigned staff was replaced, that support was effectively reset — as if it never existed. This mirrors what we’ve experienced. Records don’t carry over. Apologies vanish. And families are left behind, unheard. We translated and shared your message with the world. Let’s continue to speak out. #BullyingInJapan #JapaneseSchoolSystem #EducationCrisis #VictimsVoices #HumanRightsViolations #StandWithSurvivors #StopSchoolAbuse #StructuralDiscrimination #SocialJustice #ChildRights #SupportNotSilence

🇯🇵 This is Japan. In Japan, some schools (even elementary, junior high, and high school) believe violence leads to victory in sports. Teachers say, “It was not abuse, it was coaching.” No punishment. No name disclosed. They quietly return to school. Some teachers even say: “It’s not surveillance, it’s watching over.” Teachers mark students who are siblings of bullying victims. Replying to @MountainLhamo
Nepal has certainly seen impressive political changes within such a short time frame, but the old political elite continue to have stronghold in façade of new political-economic structures and configurations, under 'rent-driven capitalism'- what might it take to dent this?
