Greeting a new day, the uniformed security guards await the employees coming. As the morning unfolds, a vibrant group of youth make their way into the company while greeting each other. These young executives, after checking in for the day on the modern Biometric attendance system, head to the different department offices to begin their day’s tasks.
On Mondays, it is customary in the office for each occupant of that office to begin the day by tidying their workspace, including the management team. During this, the gardener makes his round giving care to the plants placed throughout the building complementing the work conducive charm of the office. Stimulated under the accompaniment of classical music like piano renditions of Keiko Matsui and Yanni, where the smooth tune promotes focused creativity, the days are made efficient and enjoyable.
The management team, conducts meeting every morning setting the workflow for the day. They take note of the company’s state and address the different happenings; from the office girls efforts to keep the office pristine, to the company’s social responsibility endeavor to “Empower the Youth and Build a Nation”.
The company, believing youth are the future, takes interns and places them through its Talent Hunt and Career Decision programs. These young aspirants are given soft and technical skills training along with basic knowledge and practical assessment in their chosen career.
Dan Energy, as a researching, development, and deployment company, it has a department that studies current technologies and work on possible future solutions. Technologies affecting energy, mobility, security, and digital systems are some of the focuses.
As it is involved in diverse engineering projects, tasks requiring hand tools, power-tools, large machinery as well as painting, polishing and more are part of its daily activities. For this it has a workshop space and finding technicians with a machine or a power-tool working at a project is a daily occurrence.
Keeping up with the current technology direction, its vibrant young coders, unleash their creativity seeking digital solutions. They work on projects such as website development, software development and participate in Dan Outsourcing.
Dan Outsourcing, implementing the idea “Importing Knowledge and Exporting Service”, trains this eager capable youth in different digital technologies and deploys them on outsourced jobs.
To cultivate promising and bright youth who do their best, the company push them to practice the 3Hs(Head, Heart, Hand) and learn the concepts “endurance and performance”. This practice and concepts help them stay passionate and progressive in their chase towards success.

#IdeasMart, brainstorming of an innovative Idea exploring impactful solutions happens amidst the heated crowd of the young executives. Friday evenings sees the office hosting young people aged 18-24 from around the city for
#FridaySquare to discover the essence of “Youth Work Life” with the theme of forging an entrepreneurial and positive mindset.
#SatSquare starts the Saturdays presenting a discussion stage on “Youth Work Life”. Then, afternoon is time for
#SatCoding,
#SatMent,
#ArTech, a CSR activity where youth aged 14-18 attend lessons in coding, Art, technical and horizon broadening knowledge such as about Aerospace and Robotics along with mentorship of schoolwork.
#WeVolunteer the initiative organising the Saturday CSR activity, also extends the lessons to kids unable to make it due to transport reasons on the next day, Sunday.
