Sergi Martínez has presented the UNIC projecte at the Conference on #HumanRights and #MentalHealth, organised by UDAF82. He has explained that it is essential to design #PersonalBudgets according to the #SupportNeeds of #PeoplewithDisabilities taking into account their circumstances and #LiveObjectives. These Personal Budgets can promote people's #Autonomy and their #Independence.

We are at the Conference on #HHRR , #autonomy and #mentalhealth organized by @Udaf82 in Montauban. Our colleague @Cecilecrozet62 shares our beginnings in the #Deinstitutionalization process of Girona and she has highlighted the importance of implementing #CommunityServices . She has highlighted the need to develop and strengthen a model based on #DDHH the promotion of #Autonomy and #CRPD. We continue to learn walking alongside people with #SupportNeeds, listening to their #Wishes and #Preferences while helping them design their own #LifeProjects.
