Check your tracking page.
If it only says:
“Shipped”
Customers will still ask:
“Where is my order?”

When will it arrive?
Is it moving or stuck?
What happens next?
So they open a ticket.
Fix the page to answer those 3 things:
Expected delivery (even a range)
Last movement (city time)
Next step (in transit / out for delivery)
Now they don’t need to ask.
Less confusion → fewer tickets
