Part VII: NSSM-200, Eugenics, and the Control of Population
What many people donāt realize is that social engineering has always been an integral part of globalist strategy. Itās not just about making moneyāitās about shaping society into a compliant, predictable, & manageable entity. Enter the NSSM-200, a once secretive protocol that surfaced in the mid-20th century, outlining strategies for controlling population growth and human potential. According to this plan, the elites would decide the āideal family sizeā based on economic needs, not personal or cultural preferences. That āidealā family size? ā Essentially, the smallest number of people a country needs to keep the appearance that the economy is running efficiently while ensuring maximum profit extraction for those at the top.
Behind this framework were influential figures like Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, and Sir Francis Galton, the founder of eugenics. Sanger, who was an outspoken advocate for controlling the birth rates of what she deemed āundesirableā populations, worked tirelessly to create a societal mindset that would embrace birth control and sterilization. Meanwhile, Galtonās theories on selective breeding and genetics seeped into governmental policies, indirectly influencing eugenics practices and sterilization programs across the country.
This wasnāt just a fringe ideologyāit was embedded into the very institutions that governed American society. And while these ideologies initially targeted the poorest and most marginalized groups, they didnāt stop there.
The broader implication of NSSM-200 was that the elitesānot the publicāwould decide who should reproduce and how many children were āacceptableā to sustain a profitable society. It was control dressed up as compassion, framed as humanitarian aid but driven by geopolitical and corporate interest of course.
India, having already experienced an explosive and destabilizing population boom at the time, became a case study in what the elites feared most: a demographic tidal wave that could upend global economic balances and strain resources in ways that disrupted Western dominance. But instead of waging direct conflict or overt colonial intervention, the strategy shiftedāfirst abroad, then at home.
What began as foreign-facing policy morphed into domestic social engineering. The same tacticsāsterilization campaigns, contraception promotion, the cultural glorification of smaller familiesāwere soon applied within the United States and its allies. Under the guise of womenās liberation and sustainability, these efforts quietly chipped away at the foundation of the nuclear family.
The result? A steady decline in birth rates, rising economic precarity, and a culture that increasingly disincentivizes parenthood. The elites didnāt need to fire a shotāthey just rewrote the rules of society to serve capital over community.
