@BskiMike22802 Consider if FedEx Amazon & UPS put high resolution TPMS valves on their tires, they could automap road conditions (e.g. potholes, rough streets) to Google maps for a road condition overlay & auto-dispatch road crews. Check out this patent. patents.google.com/patent/US…

This spanner, TPMS issues and etc are often reported for this vehicle by many users here. They simply don't care for it. Their service team is one of the ultra dumbest too. 90% of them don't know what to do.
Respected Mr. Anandji Mahindra, I recently purchased a brand-new Mahindra EV worth approximately ₹31 lakh. Let me begin by saying that the vehicle itself is fantastic, offering excellent features, comfort, technology, and outstanding value for money. However, today I had a very disappointing and concerning experience. While changing a punctured tyre and fitting the spare wheel, the wheel spanner supplied with the vehicle broke during normal use. This is a critical safety tool, and its failure at such a moment raises serious concerns about quality and reliability. What makes this even more surprising is Mahindra's reputation for engineering excellence and its association with some of India's finest alloy steel manufacturing capabilities. Customers naturally expect the same standards in every component supplied with the vehicle. To verify whether this was an isolated defect, I tried using the wheel spanner supplied with my friend's recently purchased Mahindra diesel vehicle. Unfortunately, that spanner also proved ineffective for the task. Ultimately, a fellow Skoda owner who was present offered his wheel spanner, saying, "Try this, it won't fail." Ironically, the Skoda tool performed the job effortlessly while the OEM tools supplied with two new Mahindra vehicles could not. Further, the tyre puncture/TPMS warning issue has been repeatedly appearing on my vehicle. This concern was reported during the very first service at Ratnaprabha Motors, but the issue continues to persist. As a proud Mahindra customer, I am not questioning the quality of the vehicle itself, which is otherwise excellent. My concerns are specifically: • Poor quality and reliability of the supplied wheel spanner/toolkit. • Repeated tyre puncture/TPMS warnings despite reporting the issue during service. • Potential safety implications for customers stranded on highways or remote locations. I request Mahindra's leadership and customer care team to investigate these issues urgently and take corrective action. A great vehicle deserves equally dependable support equipment and service. Vehicle details can be shared with the concerned team if required. #MahindraEV #CustomerExperience #VehicleSafety #QualityMatters #anandmahindra @anandmahindra

**Useful TPMs keep a backlog of experiments, not opinions.** GitHub's Octoverse 2024 report shows the developer stack churned faster in 12 months than in the previous 5 years. Python overtook JavaScript as developers adopted AI tooling; the assistant landscape went from three credible players to a dozen. The static belief that "X is the best" ages in months now, not years. Stack Overflow's 2024 survey of 65,000 developers found that 76% were using or planning to use AI tools, but the same developers ranked "learning to use them well" as the top skill gap. That gap is filled by reps, not by reading. The TPM practice: every Monday, pick one new tool or pattern and run a 30-minute experiment. Keep the result, even when it is "did not work." After 12 weeks you have 12 datapoints. That is the asset. The opinions would have rotted. Source: github.blog/news-insights/oc… #AI #TPM #experiments #learning #stack

TPMS repair day on Ford! Here are 2 pics of me working on the 315 MHz TPMS Ford sensor. What really intrigues me is why nobody has developed a phone app yet that can detect TPMS sensors with discharged batteries via Bluetooth connectivity — whether they’re the classic 315 MHz or 433 MHz ones. I’m genuinely happy the new-generation sensors finally have NFC, but we’re still stuck in the dark ages for the older ones.Went to a specialist who quickly told me exactly which sensor had the dead battery. Got home and I’m now replacing them with fresh Japanese CR....HR cells… but I still need a good 18650 spot welder. Any recommendations? #TPMS #DIY

Looks like you guys went for the Flight control position indicator while my outfit went for the TPMS option. I wonder who all have all three in the systems page. I’ve read about Capt Richard Ogg’s feat, truly inspiring bit of flying.

In this case, it depends on the vulcanizer handling the job correctly. If the TPMS sensor attached to the valve stem is removed manually and carelessly, it can easily get damaged. My advice is to visit a proper wheel balancing and alignment shop where a tire changing machine is used. The machine allows the tire to be removed safely and correctly, significantly reducing the risk of damaging the TPMS sensor.

Using bigger tires makes the tpms stop working in some cases tho And some even hit the body

I’m talking about the one that uses indirect tpms that uses the wheel speed sensor to measure the radius of the tire A bigger or smaller tire than the programmed tire will send error messages
