Not sure if this is even required as of today.
In the current times - I believe that the certifications are the last thing one should aspire for.
For reasons -
The certifications are built upon the very foundations of the platforms that they engineer - only that it is getting changed rapidly. The certification path is more centric to what you can do on the current platform settings, which in case - becomes obselete.
The other one being - you need to have multi cloud experience and multi cloud setting structural knowledge when it comes to MLOps. No one vendor wins. No one knowledge wins.
I sincerely hope that folks and companies do no chase the paid aspect of certifications and try to build a profile based on this. Rather - build on those cloud and just be relevant with adhered changing and evolving platforms.
P.S : I used to go after certifications at one point of time (2010s period ). It was still a way to sell oneself. Today it is all about applied knowledge. I haven’t met a single tech ecosystem building startups that have ever said that they need those certs.
The only one chasing these mandatory are the likes of TCS, Infy, TechMah, Cognz, all service based companies who are overnight expressing themselves as work powerhouse of AI with “100K AI experts”
