🚨 UNJUSTIFIED ACCOUNT RESTRICTION – BREACH OF CONTRACT & DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES 🚨
Despite my verified identity, active subscription to Premium , and multiple attempts to resolve this issue through the exclusive support channels provided by X, my account remains arbitrarily restricted without:
❌ Clear policy justification
❌ Defined resolution timeframe
❌ Functional appeal process
I have submitted multiple formal complaints through both the
@premium support channel and public messages here on X, yet the restriction remains in place, and X Corp. continues to ignore my legitimate claims.
This is a serious breach of contract and deceptive business practice, which I am escalating through the appropriate legal and regulatory channels.
I am now seeking financial compensation for the damages caused by X Corp.'s failure to provide the paid service as advertised and its refusal to properly address my claims.

Despite being a verified user and a subscriber to the "Premium " service, my posts receive no engagement, suggesting a potential shadowban. This not only undermines my freedom of expression but also raises concerns about discrimination against paying users.
I urge you to address this issue promptly. Failure to do so may compel me to explore legal avenues to protect my rights. Notably, in July 2024, a Dutch court ruled that X breached its contractual obligations and the Digital Services Act by unjustly restricting a user's account and failing to provide adequate reasons for the restriction.
