I have 4 kids, plus me at an office job. My daughters all get stuff from Threadup, we ALL get stuff from poshmark (i just got 3 ties that retail new for about $90 total for $8 S&H) and we all keep an eye out at the local thrift store.

buy secondhand, search up an item (black low rise mini skirt for ex.) how you would on shein except type poshmark/depop/ebay/threadup after your item. On google it would be "black low rise mini skirt poshmark"

LOL Lots of it I buy on @whatnot. Also have a list of items I am actively looking for on the gem.app, which regroups most of the resale sites (ebay, Poshmark, TheRealReal, etc). Then I send and buy stuff on Threadup (they are not on the gem.app) And of course local physical stores, mainly Community Friends of SB, Goodwill, ThriftyBeaches, ...
