I want to address a few things directly.
First, leadership. I stepped into this role during a period where decision-making and execution were fragmented. That has changed. The company is now operating with clear authority, defined roles, and accountability. My focus is executing day to day while building a company designed to last.
Second, regarding my background. I’ve spent my career operating in fixing broken facilities, early-stage start-ups, turnarounds, and growth environments. Anyone who has done that work understands it’s not linear — there are wins, setbacks, and lessons earned the hard way. What matters isn’t a headline from the past, it’s whether you apply those lessons with discipline. I wouldn’t be in this role if I didn’t believe this company has a real path forward and the structure to support it.
Third, on prior partnerships, including Rose. That relationship was entered into before the current operating framework was in place. The intent was growth, but the structure was premature — it did not adequately capture return on investment, customer acquisition economics, or long-term accountability. That has been corrected. Going forward, partnerships are evaluated through a disciplined lens with measurable performance and alignment to shareholder value.
Fourth, on strategy. This is a beverage company. While DTC has a role, brands in this category are built through brick-and-mortar retail and disciplined distribution. That foundation is what we are actively putting in place now, and it’s where our focus sits.
Finally, we are reviewing capital structure and legacy obligations as part of building a stronger, more stable company over the long term. A nationwide roll-out is both time and capital-intensive. The faster we go; the more capital that is required. Balancing both is required with some give and take, all for the long-term win.
You’ll see more consistent communication and, more importantly, execution. That’s the commitment. And led thoughtfully and with intent, not casually.
