Ton explication implique qu'un serveur ToIP perde l'accès à sa table d'allocation au point que certaines lignes ne soient plus reconnues.
Si tel est réellement le scénario, on n'est plus du tout face à un simple pic d'appels ou à un incident anodin.
On parle alors d'une défaillance suffisamment importante pour impacter des services critiques.

Demande à quelqu’un qui code des serveurs de ToIP, mais amha si trop d’appels en même temps vers toutes les lignes gérées, le serveur saute donc la ligne n’est plus reconnue (plus d’accès à la table d’allocation)
