Since January, we’ve been working with @PANYNJ on an operational demonstration program at Newark Liberty International Airport that will showcase our Automated Transit Network (ATN), a system of autonomous electric vehicles managed by GlydwaysOS that operate on dedicated guideways to provide high-capacity, safe, and convenient transit. The project will assess system capacity, ease of boarding, uptime and availability, and performance in adverse weather conditions. This deployment builds on our growing portfolio of projects, including our recent groundbreaking in South Metro Atlanta and our ongoing development of the San Jose Airport project. Hyderabad Metro Moves Closer to Its Next Leap Forward Hyderabad put its transit ambitions on center stage as the city hosted the regional meeting of Urban Development Ministers on November 18th, 2025. The spotlight was firmly on the Hyderabad Metro Rail, with Union Housing and Urban Affairs Minister Shri Manohar Lal Khattar and Telangana Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy reviewing the latest progress. During their visit to the HMRL and HMDA stalls, HMDA Metropolitan Commissioner and HMRL MD Shri Sarfaraz Ahmed showcased ongoing works, upcoming corridors, and key proposals awaiting Central approval. He urged the Union Minister to fast-track sanctions for Phase 2, a critical step toward expanding the city’s mobility pipeline. After the meeting, Shri Khattar shared a major update. Hyderabad Metro, so far run by the Telangana Government and L&T, will soon transition into a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Government of India and the Government of Telangana, operating under a strengthened PPP model. He added that proposals covering nearly 162 km of new metro routes are under review. By March, a clear decision is expected on feasible corridors and the scale of expansion, setting the stage for Hyderabad’s next wave of high-velocity growth.
