Because UX is slowly drifting from user experience to visual experience optimization.
Designers are over-obsessed with:
Micro-interactions that don’t matter
Trends that expire every 6 months
Aesthetic minimalism that removes clarity
Meanwhile:
Critical flows get buried
Cognitive load increases
Real user pain points stay unsolved
Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
A “beautiful” product that confuses users is a failed product.

“Put the user first.”
You’ve probably heard this phrase hundreds of times in design.
But here’s the reality:- The idea wasn’t born because companies suddenly cared about users.
It emerged because businesses realized that products fail when they ignore human behavior.
