🚀 Before vs After: The Power of Intentional UI/UX Design Most users don't leave because your product lacks features. They leave because the experience feels outdated, cluttered, and difficult to use. This redesign explores how strategic UI/UX decisions can completely transform a real estate marketplace experience. What Changed? ✅ Improved visual hierarchy for faster scanning ✅ Social proof elements to increase engagement ✅ Cleaner property cards with better information architecture ✅ Stronger CTA placement for improved conversion ✅ Modern navigation system for effortless exploration ✅ Enhanced spacing, typography, and consistency Design Insight Good UI is not about making things look pretty. Great UX is about helping users achieve their goals with less effort. In the "After" version: • Property listings feel more premium • Content is easier to consume • User engagement opportunities are more visible • The overall experience builds trust and credibility Every pixel should serve a purpose. The goal isn't decoration. The goal is conversion. 💡 Small design improvements can create massive business impact when they reduce friction and improve user confidence. One thing I will do when I audit your product: NO STONES WILL BE LEFT UNTURNED !!!! In this AI era, please prioritize UX, not just UI. Before this AI boom, 50 - 70% of products failed due to bad UX. So, imagine the current product failure from bad UX. A good UX leads to user retention and hence higher ROI. #uxstrategy #ux #uxaudit

Designed a static ad for an ecommerce brand. The goal was simple: clean layout, strong product focus, and a premium look that stops the scroll and communicates fast. Your PDP isn’t converting? Read this. It’s not your product it’s your page clarity. What’s breaking your sales: • Weak or unclear visuals • No clear structure or flow • Offer doesn’t stand out • Too much noise on the page • No real trust signals - Fix this: - Clean, simple layout - Clear visual hierarchy - Strong, obvious offer - Less clutter, more focus - Benefit-driven messaging - Ecommerce truth: If it’s confusing, it won’t convert. Clarity = sales. @replohq #CROMarketing #EcommerceStrategy #ProductDesign #ConversionOptimization #LandingPageOptimization #ShopifyDesign #EcommerceDesign #UXStrategy #UIUXDesign #DigitalStrategy #MarketingGrowth #CopywritingTips #PerformanceAds #AdDesign #BrandGrowth

Slightly uncomfortable thought for UX teams. We complain that nobody at the top of the business takes us seriously. Then we report back on usability scores and task completion rates while the board is staring at churn going in the wrong direction. That's partly our own fault. Nobody at the top of an organisation wakes up worrying about whether the user's mental model matches the interface. They worry about lifetime customer value. They worry about monthly recurring revenue. They worry, sometimes very loudly, about retention. The odd thing is plenty of businesses worry about those numbers without anyone actively measuring them. They sit in the background as a vague anxiety rather than a managed metric. If the UX team picked up one or two of those metrics and put them at the top of our dashboards, our standing inside organisations would change pretty quickly. We'd stop being the team that prettifies screens and start being the team that protects revenue. Different conversation to have with a CFO. New post on why I think UX should own retention. boagworld.com/emails/retenti… #UX #UXStrategy #CustomerRetention

Learn about the Key UX research methods, how and when to use them! 😎🔖 What are UX research methods? User experience (UX) research methods are different ways of generating insights about your users, their behavior, motivations, and needs. You can use methods like user interviews, surveys, focus groups, card sorting, usability testing to identify user challenges and turn them into opportunities to improve the user experience. UX research methods include user interviews, card sorting, surveys, usability testing, and more. We’ll go into more detail about the top methods and when to use them later in this chapter. If you'd prefer a quick overview, check out the video below. Or, keep reading for an in-depth guide to each method (plus a bonus technique). Overview: The most common types of user research Qualitative vs. quantitative All research methods are either quantitative or qualitative. Qualitative research focuses on capturing subjective insights into users' experiences. It aims to understand the underlying reasons, motivations, and behaviors of individuals. Quantitative research, on the other hand, involves collecting and analyzing numerical data to identify patterns, trends, and significance. It aims to quantify user behaviors, preferences, and attitudes, allowing for generalizations and statistical insights. Attitudinal vs. behavioral Attitudinal research is about understanding users' attitudes, perceptions, and beliefs. It delves into the 'why' behind user decisions and actions. It often involves surveys or interviews where users are asked about their feelings, preferences, or perceptions towards a product or service. It's subjective in nature, aiming to capture people's emotions and opinions. Behavioral research is about what users do rather than what they say they do or would do. This kind of research is often based on observation methods like usability testing, eye-tracking, or heat maps to understand user behavior. Generative vs. evaluative Generative research is all about generating new ideas, concepts, and insights to fuel the design process. You might run brainstorming sessions with groups of users, card sorting, and co-design sessions to inspire creativity and guide the development of user-centered solutions. On the other hand, evaluative research focuses on assessing the usability, effectiveness, and overall quality of existing designs or prototypes. Once you’ve developed a prototype of your product, it's time to evaluate its strengths and weaknesses. You can compare different versions of a design or feature through A/B testing—ensuring your design meets user needs and expectations. The best UX research type? The best research type varies depending on your project; what your objectives are, and what stage you’re in. Ultimately, the ideal type of research is one which provides the insights required, using the available resources. For example, if you're at the early ideation or product discovery stage, generative research methods can help you generate new ideas, understand user needs, and explore possibilities. As you move to the design and development phase, evaluative research methods and quantitative data become crucial.
