In June 2023, @MayorMKE set a goal of 50 new miles of protected bikeways by 2026. On Thursday, during #wibikeweek, he announced they've already completed 41.2 miles! We're proud to continue supporting him and @milwaukeedpw in connecting neighborhoods and enhancing street safety.

Last night was so fun! we missed the rain and got in about 12 miles throughout Walker's Point, Bay View, and St. Francis. Thanks to everyone who joined us and to @BikeFed for being our organizers and leaders!!

A reminder to keep an eye on signs and street markings when parking. Protected bike lines separate people riding bikes and people driving, but it can take a little while to get used to not parking against the curb. milwaukee.gov/parkingregulat…
