Lighthouse was a stand-alone application that used the sighash commitment scheme to allow separate parties to unlock their inputs if their combined efforts would satisfy the shared output constraints.
Flipstarter (by me) did the same, but reduced friction as a webtool instead.
I created a webtool that analyzes everything to original definitions of words and damn near maps out every abuse but it's almost a million data points collected over 250 years, so I can't setup a site for it but I have no idea what I'm doing except to ask specific questions

BTW it also improves the join in a couple of other ways.
- scans for and removes any overlapping frames.
- micro cross-fades the audio to avoid that pfft or click sound at joins.
