■ 【Super-reading 1】 -reading is a core mode of mental activity within the Kurita-style ability development method. The system that begins from this foundation was first proposed in 1987. ■ The primary condition for practicing Super-reading is to widen the window through which groups of information are captured and to receive visual input with a broad field of vision. ■ This means maintaining a large “frame (framework) for visual information input” and performing what may be called “distributed input.” ■ This technique is symbolically represented by the single kanji character “大” (meaning “large” or “great”). ■ Since “大” represents a technique, it must be acquired (mastered) through specific training. ■ The attached illustration is provided only as a reference image. The illustration itself does not carry any deep or specific meaning. #AbilityDevelopment #KuritaStyle #SuperReading

■【Tree Form-24】【Imaging-164】 Theme: “Capturing the dynamic interaction between a tree’s above-ground parts and its roots” ■ When you observe how a tree is growing in everyday life, immediately imagine the corresponding growth of the unseen root world beneath the soil, and cultivate the habit of inferring the dynamic, reciprocal interactions between the two. ■ By “dynamic interaction,” we mean growth that maintains both morphological balance and functional harmony. The former concerns physical aspects, while the latter involves the maintenance and improvement of chemical functions. ■ More generally, this habit trains us to connect events in the visible world with events in the invisible world, expanding both the field in which intelligence operates and the workings of intelligence itself. ■ In the Tree Form series, we use tree forms as clues to reflect on the inner world—the “form of mind” shaped by the total activity of consciousness. ■ As you come to understand the dynamic relationship between above ground and below ground through observing tree forms, a new possibility opens up: to comprehensively grasp and regulate the dynamic interaction between the form and function of surface consciousness and the form and function of subconsciousness within your own inner mind. ■ The Kurita-style ability-development framework (SRS, Super Reading System) begins from this point. #TreeForm #FormOfMind #SurfaceConsciousness #Subconsciousness #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #SRS #SuperReadingSystem

■ Memory Technique (16) The Kurita-Style Memory Method consists of 52 techniques. Among them, the “M-method” is called the Metamorphose Method. ■ Today, I introduce the 12th practice in its basic training series. Using the attached video as a reference, try to vividly imagine—within 10 seconds—the transformation from “boar (inoshishi)” → “rat (nezumi),” in which the boar gradually and continuously changes its form into a rat. This practice cultivates the imaging sense that supports the entire memory method. ■ Please let the boar transform into a rat step by step and continuously. Stage 1: Image of a pure boar. Start. Stage 2: The “rat-boar” stage.  The boar begins to show the traits of a rat. The boar is still dominant. Stage 3: The “boar-rat” stage.  A rat that still retains some boar-like characteristics. The rat is now dominant. Stage 4: A pure rat. End. ■ (Click the image to see the entire vertical frame.) made by Kurita Sora ■ This exercise reinforces the relationship between the 12th pair of the Chinese Zodiac: Boar and Rat (亥と子). #KuritaStyle #AbilityDevelopment #MemoryMethod #Imagination #ImagingSkill #SpatialMemory #Zodiac

■ Memory Technique (15): Creating “Memory Spheres.” ■ Gather your past memories into clear, transparent spheres and place them in an external garden-like space. By observing them there, you can make each memory more vivid. ■ In the video, I created three Memory Spheres: “Family Time,” “Exercise,” and “Work.” ■ The important point is not simply creating these spheres—it is what you do with them afterward. ■ I will discuss that part on another occasion. #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #MemoryTechnique #Imagination #ImagingPower #SpatialMemory #MemorySphere #MemoryBall

■ Memory Technique (14) The Kurita Method of Memory has 52 techniques. Among them, the “M-method” is called the Metamorphose Method. ■ This time, I introduce the 11th basic practice of this method. Using the attached video as a reference, please vividly imagine the transformation from “inu = dog” → “inoshishi = boar.” By picturing the dog continuously changing its form into a boar—that is, transforming or metamorphosing—you will develop the imaging sense that supports this memory technique. (Click the image to view the full frame.) ■ Please create a step-by-step and continuous transformation from dog to boar. Stage 1: The image of a dog. Start. Stage 2: The boar–dog stage.  The dog begins to show features of a boar, but the dog is still dominant. Stage 3: The dog–boar stage.  A boar that still retains some dog-like features. The boar is now dominant. Stage 4: It becomes a pure boar. End. ■ Comment: Unfortunately, in this video the continuous transitions typical of metamorphosis are not very clear. Please view it with the above concept in mind. ■ (Click the image to see the full vertical frame.)       made by Kurita Sora ■ This exercise reinforces the relationship between “dog and boar (戌と猪)”—the 11th pair of the 12 zodiac animals. #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #MemoryTechnique #Imagination #ImagingSkills #SpatialMemory #Zodiac

■ Memory Technique (13) There are 52 techniques in the Kurita-style Memory Method. Among them, the M-method is called the “Metamorphose Method.” ■ Today, I introduce the 11th practice of this foundational technique. Using the attached video as a reference, try vividly imagining the transformation from “rooster (鶏 = niwatori)” → “dog (犬 = inu)”—that is, a rooster gradually and continuously metamorphosing into a dog. This exercise strengthens the imaging sense that supports the memory method. (Click the image to view the full vertical frame.) ■ Please let the rooster change into a dog step by step, in a continuous flow: Stage 1 ■ The image of a rooster. Start. Stage 2 ■ The “dog–rooster” stage.  The rooster begins to show dog-like features. The rooster is still dominant. Stage 3 ■ The “rooster–dog” stage.  Now it looks like a dog that still retains some rooster characteristics. The dog is dominant. Stage 4 ■ It becomes a pure dog. End. ■ The entire process takes about 10 seconds. ■ This exercise helps reinforce the relationship between the 9th pair of the 12 zodiac signs: Rooster (酉) and Dog (戌). #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #MemoryTechniques #Imagination #ImagingPower #SpatialMemory #Zodiac

■ Memory Technique (12) The Kurita-style Memory Method consists of 52 techniques. Among them, the M-method is called the “Metamorphose Method.” ■ Today, I introduce the 10th basic practice of this method. Using the attached video as a reference, visualize vividly the metamorphosis from “Monkey (申)” → “Rooster (酉)”—that is, the continuous transformation of a monkey into a rooster. Through this exercise, let’s cultivate the imaging sense that forms the foundation of this memory method. (Click the image to see the full frame.) ■ Please transform the Monkey into the Rooster step by step, continuously: Stage 1 ■ The “Monkey” image. Start. Stage 2 ■ The “Rooster–Monkey” stage. A monkey begins to show the features of a rooster. The monkey is still dominant. Stage 3 ■ The “Monkey–Rooster” stage. A rooster that still retains some monkey characteristics. Now the rooster is dominant. Stage 4 ■ It becomes a pure “Rooster.” End. ■ The entire process takes about 10 seconds. ■ This example strengthens the association of the 8th pair of the Twelve Zodiac signs: Monkey (申) and Rooster (酉). #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #MemoryTechnique #Imagination #ImagingSkill #SpatialMemory #Zodiac

■ 【Active Dreaming Method-3】 As part of ability development, I sometimes introduce a training system I call Active Dreaming Method. Its aim: “Know dreams well, see dreams well, and use dreams well.” ■ First exercise: 【ADM-1】 Create a “Dream Entrance Station” and experience an imaginative escalator descending into the dream world. x.com/kurita88/status/192241… ■ Second exercise: 【ADM-2】Encounter vehicles of the dream world. x.com/kurita88/status/192310… ■ Third exercise (this time): Ride an imaginary pure-white sphere and roam the dream world. See the illustration. ■ After finishing your preparations for sleep, lie down, close your eyes, and recall stages 1 and 2. Then encounter the white sphere. Strangely, as you approach it, you instantly find yourself inside. From the outside the sphere is pure white and opaque, but from within you can see the outside world in every direction. The interior structure is entirely up to your imagination. Its flight—direction, speed, and path—also follows your will. Even its size can freely expand or shrink. ■ Past dream scenes are conceived as amorphous stages floating upon a vast sea of clouds. Recall three dream scenes and approach them to observe. ■ Example dream scenes: (1)--- A man reading on a sofa (yourself in the dream).
(2)--- A man walking his dog across a grassy field.
(3)--- A man sitting at a company desk, conversing with his boss.
■ You may transition freely to other scenes as well. From within the sphere, enjoy recalling and confirming your dreams—viewing them from any angle or distance. #ActiveDreaming #DreamWorld #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #DreamRecall #Subconscious #Sphere #SeaOfClouds

■ 【Active Dreaming Method - 2】Encountering a Vehicle in the Dream World ■ We now move on to the second step of the Kurita Method—a system designed to “understand dreams well, dream well, and make good use of dreams.” ■ Step 1 was: “Create a gateway station and ride an escalator into the dream world using your imagination.” x.com/kurita88/status/192241… ■ This post continues from there. Now it’s time to unleash your imagination and discover your dream-world vehicle. See the illustration for inspiration. ■ You slowly descend through a dark tunnel via an escalator, moving from the “surface station” to a “subterranean dream station.” ■ Gradually, light begins to return. Then, a lush and colorful landscape filled with vibrant flowers and rich greenery opens up before you. This boundless place is the Dream World. ■ At the end of the escalator, you notice a pure white sphere resting casually on the floor. ■ Approach it. Observe it carefully, and gently touch its surface. Feel its texture and temperature. ■ The moment your hand makes contact, the sphere begins to grow—larger than your own height—and astonishingly, it becomes completely transparent. Visualize this moment. ■ Even more surprisingly, a portal opens where you touched it, just like a door. You realize you can enter. ■ Cautiously, you step inside. The portal immediately seals shut. ■ Then, the sphere begins to float silently into the air—carrying you through the skies, offering a grand view of the Dream World from above. ■ Soon you understand: “This sphere is a dream vehicle,” and “I can control it freely with my will.” ■ Let’s begin our adventure through the dream world—riding this personal sphere—from the next session. #ActiveDreaming #DreamWorld #Subconscious #MindTraining #KuritaMethod #DreamGateway #SurfaceStation #UndergroundStation #Sphere

■ Third Eye (42): “Place an Eye on the Palm of Your Inner Hand” (Palm Eye Training) ■ In the Kurita-style system of ability development, one image training method involves creating multiple imaginary hands within your mind and assigning them various roles. I’ve introduced three examples in past posts (see links (1), (2), (3) below).   ■ This time, try visualizing the following steps, vividly and in order:   ① Imagine a vast, beautiful natural landscape. A bright blue sky stretches above, and green mountains appear in the distance below.   ② Extend your imagined **left hand**, with the palm facing upward toward the sky.   ③ In the center of the palm, draw a **vertical eye** (👁️), aligned with the line connecting the base of your middle finger and the center of your wrist. This eye is **not horizontal like on your face**, but **vertical**, with **no eyebrow**.   ④ Now imagine this eye **gazing calmly at the drifting clouds** above.   ■ This eye will now be called **“Palm Eye” (掌目 / Shoumoku)**. Use it to “see more clearly” within your inner world.   ■ In **Third Eye (41)**, I introduced the Thousand-Armed, Thousand-Eyed Kannon Bodhisattva, who uses 1,000 eyes to see human suffering and 1,000 hands to offer help.   ■ Wouldn’t it be wonderful if this one **hand and eye** you’ve just created could help you **quickly recognize and wisely address the problems** in your own heart and mind? #TheThirdEye #Imagination #PalmEye #InnerVision  #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #KuritaMethod ■ Past “Palm” training posts:   (1) Solving Inner Problems with a Ball on the Palm   x.com/kurita88/status/189831…   (2) A Garden Inside the Ball on Your Palm   x.com/kurita88/status/190006…   (3) Transforming Your Palm into a Garden   x.com/kurita88/status/190478…

■ [Mental Imagery Method] “Transforming Your Palm into a Garden – Imaginative Training” ■ Developing your potential requires cultivating your imagination. While imagination has many aspects, the ability to vividly picture concrete scenes or objects is a core strength. Imagery can engage all senses—visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile, thermal, and kinesthetic. In this exercise, we aim to activate *all* of them.   ■ [Training Steps] ① Visualize a vast and beautiful natural landscape in the background.    ② In that scene, imagine extending your *left hand*, palm facing upward.    ③ Gradually transform your palm into a stunning miniature garden. (See illustration.)   ■ The key is not to *place* a garden on your palm, but to *transform your palm itself* into the garden—detail the entire process vividly.   ■ Engage all sensory input, including tactile and kinesthetic sensations, to spark a *new imaginative experience.*   ■ In Kurita-style ability development, we focus on enhancing the functionality of the imagined hand. This training is the first step.   #AbilityDevelopment #KuritaMethod #TransformationPractice #ImageryTraining   #Imagination #FiveSenses #Visualization #TactileSense #KinestheticSense

■ Exploring the Three Layers of Consciousness with Kurita’s SRS Method ■ Kurita’s ability development system (SRS) explores the three layers of consciousness: ■ ✅ The middle layer represents Consciousness. The system that transforms this layer is the Super-Reading System (First stage of SRS). ■ ✅ The lower layer represents Subconsciousness. The system that reconstructs this layer is the Subconsciousness Reconstructing System (Second stage of SRS). ■ ✅ The upper layer represents Superconsciousness. The system that realizes this layer is the Superconsciousness Realizing System (Third stage of SRS). ■ This program follows a structured training approach through 300 levels. ■ SRS consists of 8 major divisions and was established in 1987. #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #Consciousness #Subconsciousness #Superconsciousness #SRS #SuperReadingSystem

■ Imagery Training (1): Visualizing an Apple on Your Palm – Feel Its Weight and Texture ■ Today, let’s practice enhancing our imaging ability. ■ Imagine yourself in a natural setting with mountains and a lake. Feel your presence in that scene. ■ Now, in your imagination, place an apple on your left palm. Feel its weight, texture, and temperature. Notice any movement or balance shifts. ■ Next, use your right-hand fingers to touch the apple. Experience its surface and warmth. ■ You can do this exercise with your eyes open or closed—whichever helps you visualize better. ■ Beyond sight, weight, touch, and temperature, do you perceive anything else? How about a gentle breeze, scents, or surrounding sounds? ■ When using your imagination, engage all five senses for a richer experience. ■ In Kurita’s Ability Development Method, these mental images are called “Shinsho” (mental imagery). Thus, this type of training is referred to as Shinsho Training (Imagery Training). #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #Imagination #SensoryTraining #ImageryMethod #MultiSensoryImaging

■ 🌊 Third Eye (17) - Vision and Perception Shift with Speed ■ 🔍 Exploring the third eye involves three key aspects: “where you look,” “what you observe,” and “how you perceive.” But more important than these is the aspect of speed. Let’s experience firsthand how perception changes with varying time scales, using water as the central element. ■💧 The first 5 seconds of the video show the fountain at normal speed. ■💧 The remaining 40 seconds extend this same scene 8x slower, creating a unique experience. Imagine a life form naturally perceiving reality at 1/8th speed—this is how it would look. ■💡 Key Concept: In the Kurita Method of SuperReading and ability development, the idea of “acceleration and resonance” is critical. Understanding speed-altered perception is a foundational step in mastering this approach. #KuritaMethod #AbilityDevelopment #SpeedReading #Acceleration #8xSpeed #Fountain #ThirdEye #FlowingWater #SuperReading
