As expected, redoing the roof line quickly terminated flutter. However, even after completing both full roof and floor lines and re-isolating the veins, the same flutter kept on re-inducing, and the posterior wall still was not isolated either. What would you do next? #AblateAF

FaraWave before/after Ensite X v3.0.2 software update. Super helpful for shadowing initial catheter orientation and rotating ~30 degrees for next set of applications in each pose. PF projection map (red) has great correlation to how the post voltage map will appear! 👍 #ablateAF

It is difficult to not anecdotally bias toward implicating autonomics in the initiation of atrial fibrillation when observing such physiologic phenomenon seen here during ablation of LSGP/roof region.
But the evidence for GP targeting is heavily mixed to negative in AF therapy. Too much to learn. Wait for it at :37🔥 #ablateAF
