Thanks to #Elastik #opensource software, Romain turns his images as #BinaryImages and separates each astrocyte from each other.
Sometimes it doesn't work so well. To help the software, he uses a #Connexin43 stainning to reveal #gapjunctions and manually separates #astrocytes
