——-Kubernetes Tip——-
Avoid “kube-” Namespace Names
Never create a namespace that starts with kube-.
Kubernetes reserves this prefix for internal system namespaces, such as:
- kube-system
- kube-public
- kube-node-lease
If you do, Your namespace will technically work.
But Kubernetes and cluster may assume it is system-owned, which can cause:
- Confusion for operators
- Unexpected behavior
- Conflicts with internal components
