$AMPG
Amplitech Group is a sub 150m Mc company specializing in Military Defense, ORAN Radios, and Quantom LNA's.
On the Defensive Side of things, they create LNA's and RF amplifier's for military comms, surveillance drones, radar systems, and satellite payloads/ground stations.
Their products cover 50kHz -> 44GHz - covering most military RF Apps.
The gap with this one, is that there isnt a publicly disclosed partner/customer, and they are competing with companies like Macom, which is a direct overlap, Qorvo, Analog Devices, Comtech Telecon, and Frequency Electronics.
This puts them pretty much in the middle, but it isnt what makes
$AMPG.
As for their 5G Side -
They received an initial $40m LOI from their "North American MNO", i also have not found that they have released the name of this company publicly yet, For 2,000 of their ORAN 5G Radios, which by 2025 they had confirmed received half, with orders still continuing, but no further update. However, the same "North American MNO" added a SECOND $40m LOI, receiving another $20m end of Q4, with $8m more confirmed to ship out late Q1, into Q2, 2026.
ON TOP OF THAT, they received ANOTHER LOI valued at $78m from a NEW "Asian MNO", with those shipments beginning in Dec 2025.
So far --
- $40m LOI, last confirmed, mostly fullfilled
- $40m LOI, $20m confirmed, $8m more to ship Q2
- $78m LOI, shipments started Dec 2025, no confirmed amount received yet
Total Exceeding $118m with management guiding at least $50m in FY2026 Rev
The 3rd LOI to me, stands out the most because it shows expansion, and not just only to another country, but with big size. (Yes tech both prev LOI's add to $80m total but they were separate, showing return and confidence)
However, the counterpart to the "Asian MNO" is that war tension put a lot of stress on customer deployment, which this heavily reigns on, meaning we could see those results in later Quarters.
$AMPG also makes all of their MMIC LNA chips integrated into the 5G radio's in house, other than the Wafer fabricator, which again is not publicly disclosed to my findings.
Now to the real Breadwinner - QUANTOM
They are attacking Quantom in a huge way, and naturally.
IMO its being CRAZY overlooked
What they do is create proprietary pHEMT - based cryogenic LNA's that can operate at temps as low as 4 Kelvin, delivering noise figures under 0.1 dB.
4 Kelvin = 452° F - Essentially Absolute ZERO, these ARE NOT standard amplifiers.
Quantom SPECIFICALLY needs this because every Qubit generates a a faint signal, that has to be read without adding noise -> as noise interrupts the Quantom state.
Each Qubit requires its own LNA, meaning demand scaled with every Qubit count
1,000 Qubit System -> 1,000 LNA's
Systems can scale upwards of 10,000 Qubits
They use the same HEMT (High Electron Mobility Transistor) architecture, specifically pHEMT, the same compound as the compound semiconductor tech (GaAs Based) that underlies their RF/MMIC work, so its an expansion of their core, not a new adventure/pivot.
Its ran in 4 iterations, first 3 were custom POC units tailored for specific customers, and they are now on the 4th, which is designed as a standardized module for 4k production environments, rather than custom builds
The standardization is the key unlock here, because it's the real test to see if they can move from Hand Crafted samples -> Mass production
So far, they have delivered successful units to TWO fortune 50 companies, universities, and research institutions.
The F50 names arent disclosed, but some Major Quantom players list of
$IBM,
$GOOG,
$AMZN,
$MSFT, and
$HON
They claim to be the ONLY high preformance manufacturer of Cryogenic LNA's optimized for Quantom at 4K in the US,
with their main competitor being LNF out of Sweden
This is WAY undervalued at 135m MC, and i think it can even explain some "delay" on LOI distributions, imagine when they really scale.
Companies haven't even started using 10k Qubits 😉
