oh, finally you share your angle - first off, Israelis, unlike terrorists, don't video the deaths of their citizens to the world. 2nd, they don't video their defense capabilities to the world. 3rd - they stoped the attack in what, 6 hours? While focused on Lebanon (for good reason - they stoped attack from Lebanon I believe that same day? I believe I heard this, not 100% sure though), Sryia and also Egypt. Gaza was "mistakenly" thought off as lower threat - which it was, not a real threat, but this is what is called fog fo war. Inn anycase, Hamas had plans to get to Tel Aviv, they managed to take out an outpost or two and just kill a bunch of hippie/gaza loving civilians and some concert goers before Israeli stoped them.
I believe Netanyahu confessed just last year that he believed inteligence reports that Gaza wasn't a risk, this was an eror made by their inteligence agency (believe by bribing Hamas officials it would prevent a war). Reason why Hamas and their terrorists were able to make a surprise attack was mainly for 2 reasons
- they used surveillance attained by about 20K Gazans who were comuting daily to work in Israel and have spied out best locations for a breach by working on the Israeli side.
- they didn't use any digital devices to make their plans, instead rellying on pigeons and children to carry messages.
If they had used any digital device, then Israelis would probbaly have been able to stop 7/10, in short, Gazans going completely medieval(in both war brutality and planing) is hat helped them surprise Israelis. hezzbolah on the other hand didn't go medieval enough -they had pagers. Not medievl enough as we then saw :)
that being said -what is your real argument, that Israelis, who gave Gaza to Gazans, planed to have their own people masacred so that the same gazans could keep having Gaza? jesus christ, antisemitism is off the hook with this one. You have a disease man.
