I was glad to be challenged to articulate the 'How to start have these conversations' lessons from #ConversationScience aka #EMCA for healthcare practitioners, but also for those convos at home, and with nearest and dearest.
In the 'In a nutshell' version of the paper, Lead author Laura explains not only how repeating smthg patient has said about their pain works, she summarises #ConversationScience insights on the numerous clever things practitioners accomplish by repeating
