I was delighted to sign the #UN #SustainableDevelopment #CooperationFramework for 2026–2030 with the UN Resident Coordinator in Serbia, Mrs. Matilde Mordt. More than a formal document, it serves as a strategic roadmap aligning our national priorities with global #SDGs. Delivering on these joint commitments will be made possible through the dedicated engagement of our institutions. In this context, I would like to acknowledge the valuable contribution of Minister of European Integration Mr. Nemanja Starović and @evropska_srbija, whose active involvement in implementing UN programmes has enabled significant progress and tangible results in advancing our country’s European integration path. This milestone marks an important step forward as Serbia and the United Nations continue to build a partnership grounded in solidarity, responsibility, and respect. Together, we are working to create a more equitable, more resilient, and sustainable world for generations to come because real impact begins when a shared vision turns into action.

Ahead of signing the #UN #SustainableDevelopment #CooperationFramework for 2026–2030, I met with the UN Resident Coordinator in Serbia, Mrs. Matilde Mordt, to review key aspects of our future collaboration. We noted with pleasure that over 70% of UN programmes in Serbia are aligned with the reforms our country is undertaking in the #EUAccession process. In this context, I was delighted to hear Mrs. Mordt highlight Serbia’s meaningful progress in health, education, poverty reduction and digital transformation, achievements that inspire confidence and optimism about the road ahead.

Au cours de l'interview, le Très Honorable Président de l'Assemblée nationale du Burundi a fait savoir que cette visite s'inscrit dans le cadre de la diplomatie parlementaire.
