Been here since 2017, bought my first ada on cryptsy. Along with stratus, qtum, storj, digibyte and feather coin. Now all I hold is cardano. I don't buy ld anything, I'm more like the guy on the couch.

Unfortunately, there are too many uncapped tokens out there to trade into when you run into a dead end on the primary cryptos. I've been put into that position before with Cryptsy Exchange. You end up making multiple trades to many coins until you find one which can be withdrawn

In the old days it was getting it listed on the old exchanges like cryptsy and poloniex. Or making it stand out. Coming up with a fun narrative (yall call lore now). And then building the community organically.

screenshot is from coinbase. coinbase was mostly bitcoin exchange up until 2015-16 ( i think) when eth got listed. cryptsy was a big altcoin exchange. it was the one everyone used to acquire doge if you weren't mining. so i used coinbase to acquire btc and then transferred to cryptsy to buy doge.
