I want you to have the freedom to drive. But I want you to pay for the privelege so that my transit is fast, frequent, and 100% subsidised, and so that my walkable & cycleable space is comfortable, convenient, and safe.

The last thing we want is an ‘elevated’ cycle track with no shade! You have shared a wrong example @Khurpenchinfra Pls be mindful because we are one failure away for politicians to kill the idea of cycleable cities.
Look at this “double engine” world-class cycling track… tiny detail though, it’s from Denmark, not ours 😏

On the odd occasion that I *need* to drive to a different part of my town (not much smaller than Oxford), it takes ages because the roads are clogged with others driving journeys that are easily walkable or cycleable. I'd welcome this in my town.

Nope. Most journeys currently driven, are easily cycleable by most people, BK. Not everyone will want to do so, but the majority of people in the U.K. say they would cycle more if they felt safer on the roads. Let’s empower those who want to make that choice.

The re-cycleable plastic bottle tops is an example of British manufacturers making changes to a product to fit in with EU regs and allow us to export into EU #GMB

only if the US invested in robust public transportation and walkable / cycleable neighborhoods giving people alternatives to driving to work. I don't drive and I have a good social life

Had a naughty 36 hours in Paris recently thanks to a £77 return EasyJet flight. Eternally magnificent. Highly recommend the €5/day deal for the equivalent of Boris bikes. They've made the city very cycleable and it's a joy to pootle past Notre Dame or the Pere Lachaise Cemetery.

lets go! I was driving through all of austria today and had a vision of the new camino. I feel like many of the local clusters are starting to become somewhat stable - what's the next level up, the greater context that holds them, the structures that enable them benefitting from interacting with each other and to spread their contribution at a sustainable rate of growth? What if a few of us started going on pilgrimages not just because its nice to hang out at those places, but with the explicit intention of understanding the topology of the network and carrying news from one place to the next and helping to organize connection and real regional and transregional mutual aid? Dealing out meshtastic nodes and maps of cycleable routes between nodes, etc. Feels like an exciting mission

So while cities worldwide make roads greener and more walkable / cycleable, hundreds of trees are cut in Gurgaon to widen roads for more cars !!! Amazing isn't it ? With footpaths looking like hurdle jumps ! Hehe
There are about 30 other U.S. cities that need to do what Seattle did.

After spending crores on the road and cutting dozens of trees, it needs to be justified - roads needs to dustfree, walkable, cycleable, safe, floodfree, and green @OfficialGMDA

it is these 3 together. gambit ult is so stupidly broken, you can cycle through support ults so fast and you basically always have an answer to whatever they do. mantis loki is insanely strong too, the teamup loki lamps are broken. mantis loki gambit gives you practically unlimited cycleable support ults, insane utility with teamup lamps, gambit cleanse, anti heal, and great damage with gambit and mantis themselves plus mantis damage boost and loki lamp damage boost. in conclusion, THESE SUPPORTS DO WAY TOO MUCH, if the other team is running this backline and you don’t match it your chances of winning are so stupidly low

Honestly a society built around cars is a bit sad. You end up with desolate concrete spaces with no life. On the other hand research has suggested investments in public transport and green walkable/cycleable spaces contribute to an overall 'happiness' of a society

Warframe has 4 abilities, passives, cycleable abilities, operator, equipments, helminth, weapons with unique abilities, augments, modding system. Wuwa has forte, echo skills, 3 party members each with own intro, outro, etc, DNA has 2 abilities that are mostly spammy and boring

Read this! #Pune was once a pensioner’s pradise and student capital. Green, cool, #cycleable with salubrious localities. Its changed into ugly, dusty, less green and chaotic metro. We are headed for decay with the hyper dvlpt lacking aesthetics and vision. Can we still undo this?
I feel a tad bit sad every time I go outside the country. In Vietnam now. Lots of parks, used by the elderly for exercise and socializing. Lots of bicycles on the roads. We could have all this and more if only we could root out corruption and develop civic sense in India.
