This thread reminded me of road maps- I remember following where we were on family trips on a map, and getting to the edge and you open it all the way out, then re-fold it back down to compact size with the bit you are on visible.
I wouldn't have bought the car if I couldn't afford it. 35k CDN is pretty average for a vehicle in Canada. I was merely making a comparison and the judgemental Karens came out of the woodwork with opinions nobody asked for.
Well life is itself a product of legacy. We are all living off the accomplishments of people that came before us. And that continues for the next generation.
Ooh deep thought Eric…that certainly could be, especially since I was so close to 100 Days. But the idea of finishing out the last 3 days doing something (anything!) else excites me, so I think I’ll leave this project be for now.
I think I’m mainly frustrated that I stubbornly stayed stuck on day 97/100 😂 Even though I’ve done other coding since, in my mind those things didn’t count as I was “saving” those last 3 days for this project. You’re totally right, though - I can always come back to it!
I don't think it is/was as accurate as they want you to believe. I learned about this at business school, but I really like this critique of the idea.

I worked in finance and I can tell you that the people that are threatened by you will either downplay your experience or your academic background.If you are experienced, they will say but you don't have a degree. If you have a degree, they will say you are not experienced.
