Nice! I'm going to attempt differential #ILAM map w sinus Vs mid CS pacing next time. Think it's going to be different (similar to wavefront/scar/anisotropy in LV), likely better ILAM/decelZone demarcation with CS pacing.

Pers AF case,did PVI/PWI. Large anterior scar so did #ILAM #decelzone map of LA (on left) to avoid extensive Ant ablation, induced micro flutter on right. Termination in crowded zone, non inducible then. Targeted functional Pers AF ablation? #EPeeps @DrRoderickTung @Firaszahwe

This is VT at a rate of 240 bpm. We preload with dopamine (manuscript in preparation) and use strategic multielectrode positioning (STAMP) to induce within the #decelzone. "One beat contact map" of VT can be achieved with STAMP.
