Just had a meeting with one of the founders of a unicorn startup, and guys he is so humble and down to earth really. We spoke for around half an hour, and it felt really good that he was more interested in my studies and my university.
Btw, let me tell you he was one of the founding team members of TensorFlow and an angel investor in multiple startups, including DevRev.
Excited that I got a chance to work directly with him every day.

非構造化データをチャンクに分割して、わざわざ断片化してからLLMで再結合する。それがハルシネーションの原因の一つ。
複数のデータソースに分断された情報をLLMに渡す。これもハルシネーションの原因。
データの一つ一つのピースは正しい。必要な情報も揃っている。それでも正解が出せない。
データソースが増えるほど、MCPやツールも増える。ツールの選定もデータ取得も時間がかかる。正解が遠くなる。
LLMは企業規模のデータパズルを解かされている状態。しかも正解を知らないまま。
何度もトライして、失敗するたびにコストがかかる。
人間がプロンプトで細かく指示しても、正解を知らないAIが巨大パズルを完成させるのは難しい。
ハーネスはピースが全く違う場所に行かないようにする仕組み。確実な失敗を減らして試行回数を抑えられる。それでも巨大パズルは時間がかかる。
そこでナレッジグラフ。
ナレッジグラフはパズルの「部分的な正解の絵」をAIに見せるようなもの。このピースはこの辺にある、このピースとは必ずつながる、というヒントを与えられる。
ピースの塊として扱えるようになるので、試行回数が圧倒的に減る。
複数のデータソースを先につないでおくのは、ピースの山をあらかじめ整理しておくのと同じ。必要な山から必要なピースをすぐ取り出せる。
さらに複雑なのが「権限」の問題。
指示する人の権限によって、パズルの正解は変わる。その違いをハーネスで細かく伝えるのは難しい。
権限を認識できるナレッジグラフなら、人によって違う正解のイメージをそのままAIに見せられる。
AIが正解をイメージとして持てると、大きな間違いが減る。迷ったらまずそのイメージを確認するようになる。
実はみんな、AIに外からパズルを指示している。
でも、指示する人が正解を明確に持っているとは限らない。誰かと話しながら正解を決めるケースも多い。
そういうときは、複数人の会話をAIが聞きながらパズルを組み立てる必要がある。
これまでは1人に1つのAI。個人がプロンプトやハーネスで、自分のパズルの作業部分だけをAIに任せていた。
指示する人が答えを持っていないケースでは、複数人で一つのAIを使って、答えをみんなで作るところからAIが活躍する。チームの集合知としてのハーネスやプロンプトが必要になる。
大きな仕事ほど、正解は一人で決められない。同じ部署、隣の部署、パートナー企業、時にはお客様と一緒に会話しながら、正解を作り出していく。
