I am facing serious harassment from Go Digit General Insurance regarding my bike insurance claim.
My policy started on 06-02-2026 and my bike accident happened on 23-03-2026. However, during investigation, the insurance representative forcefully checked my personal phone and wrongly connected old hospital bills from another incident.And i have given my bike to showroom one month before till now there is no information regarding insurance claim.
And one person from digit insurance team he tell me in phone call that insurance will not claim do what ever you want if you want to claim go and see in the court, these type of things are happend in the call, is this the way to speak with the coustmer.
If anyone trying to take insurance from
@digit-insurance go for another company they get waste our time.
I am having valid proofs from authorised showroom,but till now they are not approved my claim.
Even after providing:
• Service records from showroom dated 28-02-2026
• Clarifications regarding the accident
• Supporting witnesses
• Injury details and documents
I am repeatedly receiving mails asking the same questions again and again instead of fair claim processing.
I request @IRDAIonline and
@royalenfield @digitinsurance to conduct a fair investigation and stop unnecessary harassment. Customer privacy and due process should be respected.
