Today, the @LCityFoundation's DSActive Squad travelled to @BottesfordTown's Annual Tournament. No trophy this time , but I reckon they haven't played a competitive match for a good while. However, it was a fab day out, the weather wasn't bad and great to see folks again. #

The DSA supports the physical and mental health and wellbeing of children and adults who have Down’s syndrome through the fantastic activity sessions supported and provided by the DSActive and DSEngage programmes. DSActive supports activity and sports organisations to successfully include people who have Down’s syndrome in their activity sessions. DSEngage is our programme of free online activity sessions. Down's Syndrome Tennis Open 2025!🎾 Sunday 20 July – Thistleworth Tennis Club, Osterley, London. The second annual DS Tennis Open is taking place on Sunday 20 July! The competition is open to girls and boys aged 14 to 25 years old. Players of all abilities are very welcome. The event has a unique points system that includes the warmup, drills and of course, the matches. Coaches are available to help and support all the players. Everyone will have the opportunity to feel like a tennis champion. Last year’s tournament was a huge success and was nominated for the LTA Awards for Middlesex in both the Coach of the Year and Competition of the Year categories! #DSActive played a huge part broadcasting the event in 2024, it was amazing to see the interest created on social media. Let's make 2025 just as big! 💚 Entry fee is £25 per player. All players will receive a Limited-Edition T-Shirt courtesy of Middlesex Tennis. The Competition starts at 1pm. This is a great way to start the summer holidays!
