For the first time in Bandarban, Job Fair 2026 created a unique platform where skilled women and adolescent girls connected directly with employers, explored career opportunities, and stepped closer to their professional dreams.
With the participation of more than 20 employers from tourism, banking, ICT, retail, and hospitality sectors, the fair opened doors for CV sharing, on-the-spot interviews, and career guidance—turning skills into real employment pathways.
This initiative reflects a powerful message: when women and girls receive the right skills and opportunities, they can build independent futures and contribute to their communities.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Md. Saniul Ferdous, Deputy Commissioner & District Magistrate of Bandarban, the UNICEF Bangladesh representative, participating employers, and the JAAGO Foundation Trust team for their valuable support in making this milestone event possible.
Together, we are creating pathways where skills meet opportunities and dreams move toward reality.
The Shopner Sharothi – Girls Education and Skills Partnership (GESP) Project is funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), implemented by JAAGO Foundation Trust, and supported by UNICEF Bangladesh.
