Not easy if done properly. But easy as in… not a super complicated drill where you’re doing quadratic equations just to feel it. Tips: Start out with a two minute passive stretch Spine is long, triple-S PAILs: Pressing the lower leg into the ground RAILs: maintain the distance between your body and leg, and then sit back up pulling that leg up and to you (with no hands) You can even shove a block in your hip crease and your body squeeze it into you. 💪 You can add these into a flow as well.
