The inaugural session commenced with the welcome address by Dr. Sunita Gulia, Senior Academic Consultant - DIKSHA, greeting over 400 Participants from 14states, 3 UTs and 4 autonomous bodies (CBSE, KVS, AEES, Sainik School) Prof. Indu Kumar, Head, Department of ICT & Training, CIET-NCERT, National Coordinator of DIKSHA also Course Director and Coordinator of this workshop oriented participants regarding the background of the programme highlighting the significance of the workshop. The orientation familiarized SRGs with 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, 𝐞𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 which will be developed/demonstrated during this workshop including 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨, 𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨, 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐗𝐑, 𝐀𝐑, 𝐕𝐑, 𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐬, 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐀𝐋 - 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐞𝐭𝐜., 𝐅𝐎𝐒𝐒 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬, quality parameters, licensing, cyber safety, Accessible Digital Resources for CwSN and OER. Sessions will aim to foster joyful learning, build foundational skills, and bridge digital divides.
