🔔 Le bien-être émotionnel et la santé mentale sont des conditions essentielles pour construire des sociétés équilibrées, productives et résilientes. 🟠 Demain, samedi 30 août, j’aurai encore l’honneur d’intervenir à l’atelier « La Voie du Bien-Être : Émotions et Santé Mentale », aux côtés de personnes passionnées et engagées comme Zenab Barry, Yacine Diallo, Mariama Diallo Kaloko, Fatou Khouma et Djenabou Diallo Sylla. 💡 Dans nos sociétés, nous parlons souvent de croissance économique, d’emploi, d’innovation. Mais trop rarement de santé mentale, d’équilibre émotionnel, et de l’impact que cela a sur notre leadership, nos choix, et notre capacité à entreprendre collectivement. 🔵 En tant que Generation Connect Youth Envoy auprès de l’Union Internationale des Télécommunications, j’ai toujours défendu l’importance d’une digital literacy responsable : apprendre à mieux utiliser Internet, non seulement pour se connecter et apprendre, mais aussi pour préserver son équilibre face aux pressions numériques, aux excès d’information et à l’isolement que le digital peut parfois amplifier. 🎙️ À travers mon intervention, je partagerai mon rapport personnel au bien-être émotionnel et à la santé mentale, en tant que leader, entrepreneur dans la #Tech, mais aussi comme jeune engagé dans un écosystème où les défis sont multiples et où la résilience est une ressource quotidienne. 🙏🏾 Merci à l’équipe organisatrice pour cette initiative. 🔔 L’action locale des jeunes en faveur des Objectifs de Développement Durable… et au-delà. 🟠 Cette année, la Journée Internationale de la Jeunesse se célèbre en Guinée à Dinguiraye, ma ville natale. Un lieu symbolique, porteur d’histoire, mais qui me rappelle aussi que derrière chaque célébration officielle, il existe un espace immense pour l’action concrète. 💡 Car, au-delà du protocole et des discours, j’aurais aimé voir cette journée devenir un véritable laboratoire d’outils pour la jeunesse : des masterclass pour partager des compétences, des ateliers de diagnostic et d’orientation pour révéler les potentiels, des initiatives de démarrage pour soutenir la professionnalisation et l’entrepreneuriat jeune. 💡 Depuis mes débuts en 2012, derrière un ordinateur dans un cybercafé, jusqu’à aujourd’hui où Internet est à la fois mon bureau, mon réseau et ma scène d’action, j’ai appris que l’engagement local est le socle de toute transformation durable. ‼️ Car en effet, les ODD ne sont pas qu’une liste d’objectifs onusiens : ce sont des repères pour agir, ici et maintenant, avec ce que nous avons, là où nous sommes. ✅ Mais pour que notre jeunesse prenne réellement la relève, il faut se préparer autrement : 🔹 Collaborer avec les décideurs tout en restant aligné à nos valeurs. 🔸️ Développer des compétences pratiques, adaptées aux réalités locales. 🔹 Utiliser le numérique comme levier, mais aussi comme outil de suivi et de mesure d’impact. 🔸️ Inscrire nos actions dans le temps long, car un changement profond dépasse toujours une génération. 📢 Aujourd’hui, je vois une jeunesse guinéenne en mouvement, créative, ambitieuse. ↪️ Et si nous voulons aller plus loin, nous devons professionnaliser nos engagements, documenter nos réussites comme nos échecs, et construire des passerelles solides entre générations. ❗️ Et en ce jour symbolique, une pensée fraternelle pour mes collègues #GenerationConnect Youth Envoys auprès de @ITU. ✅️ Nous portons tous, chacun à notre manière, cette mission de connecter les jeunes au numérique, de leur donner les moyens d’agir et d’influencer les décisions qui façonneront leur avenir. 🔹️Votre engagement inspire, vos actions comptent, et je suis fier de faire ce chemin à vos côtés. 🙌 Mention spéciale à Mr. Thione NIANG, qui, par ses livres, ses prises de parole et surtout ses actions locales concrètes, prépare les jeunes à affronter les défis de notre époque. 🔸️Son parcours nous rappelle que la préparation d’une génération ne se fait pas seulement dans les idées, mais dans la transmission active d’outils, de perspectives et d’opportunités. 🎯 En ce 12 août, je veux rappeler cette conviction : hériter, c’est une chose. Assumer et bâtir à notre tour, c’en est une autre. 🚀 Parce que les défis qui nous attendent dépassent les célébrations. Today, I had the pleasure of receiving Ms. Reham Alhiasat, a distinguished student at Al-Hussein Technical University @HTUjo 🇯🇴, at the Permanent Mission of Jordan in Geneva. Ms. Alhiasat is proudly representing Jordan at the @ITUGeneration Connect Young Leadership Programme (#GCYLP), having been selected from over 5,000 applicants worldwide to join a cohort of just 31 global young leaders committed to advancing digital development.
