先週公開されたAnthropicのClaude-Opus-4.7で、正当な用途まで拒否するAUP（利用ポリシー）分類器の誤検知が急増しており、サイバーセキュリティ教育者や研究者の利用まで巻き込んでいるとのこと。Claude Code公式リポジトリのGitHubIssuesには、4月だけで30件超の誤検知報告が寄せられているとの集計が示されています。 サイバー研究者向けに用意された「Cyber Use Case Exemption」（サイバー用途の事前承認）は、Web版で機能する一方でClaude CodeのAPI経由では適用されないとの報告（#49679）もあります。 【報告されている誤検知の例】 ・ロシア語プロンプトを含む無関係な複数プロジェクトで、4セッション中40回超のAUP違反発生（#48442） ・タンパク質構造解析などを扱う計算構造生物学の標準的タスクが利用ポリシー違反として弾かれる、4.6からの退行（#49751） ・LSU Cyber Center所長Golden G. GitHubIssuesに要件書いたらClaudeCodeがコード書いてCodexがレビューして、それを人間が承認したらPRマージする仕組み作れた！ 全く開発経験ないから、一生GitHubで開発とかできないと思ってたけど、いい時代になったもんやw お小遣いの範囲で開発改善続けていこう。

AIPMシステムを今の潮流にあわせてGithub Issues ＋ Claude Actionsに対応させたいー。2つ進化の方向があって、1つは明確に今仕様書系からBacklog.yamlに落とし込むところをGithubIssuesにSyncさせてそっからClaude Code Actionで開発していくやりかたにするところ。2つ目が仕様書自体を作るところ自体「プロジェクト憲章だけCursor作成」後、ペルソナ作成や市場調査、PRD作成をIssues登録からClaude Actionで作らせていく方向。こちらは今CursorRulesで色々制約つけてるところをどうやってClaude Actionに反映させるかとか調べなきゃ。

昨日は無意味にcursorで作ったストーリー（チケット）たちをgithubissuesとprojectに連携させたりしてみてた。いやー一瞬楽しいけどやっぱりnotion連携と同じで、ずっとsyncさせ続けるのが現実的じゃないんだよなあ。結局ローカルにyamlですべてのバックログタスクを記述して適宜アップデートするのがAIと相性がいいタスク管理なのよなあ。しいていうならviewer作って人間が見やすくできるようにyamlを可視化するぐらいの工夫はありだが。
