To deburr from the bottom, we use a four flute "double angle cutter" (this one from @HarveyTool), which goes down the center of the hole, then goes around in a circle and cuts the chamfer "facing up" around the bottom of the hole. It's kind of magical. /🧵
ALT A double-angle cutter; a cutting tool larger at the bottom than at the top, which can make 90 degree chamfer cuts facing up or down.

Yeah 1.58 mm is quite large. I usually keep a 250 μm (roughly 0.01") endmill on the Sherline I use for PCB rework, and also have 100 μm tools in stock that I can pull out for extreme precision work.

What I like about it most is what you can't really tell from the image - the center of the tool on the top face is conically tapered in towards the shank so the face doesnt rub on the bottom of pockets.
