In contrast to a traditional swing, where the kettlebell floats at chest level with an extended elbow, the snatch high pull’s elbow flexes purposefully to guide the kettlebell closer (taming the arc) to the body and moving upwards, past chest level, towards head level.

Aim for making the kettlebell weightless momentarily as we do in the swing. Carry on your reps without forgetting to visualize a wall about two feet in front of you.“
