Note the acini lined by cells with monotonous nuclei with fine chromatin and a dot-like nucleoli (histologic clue for acinar differentiation) ! These acini are flanked on either side by syncytial squamoid nests

Interspersed ‘squamoid nests/corpuscles’ (pathognomonic clue) are seen in a lobular configuration intimately admixed with areas showing acinar pattern

Shows multiple acinar/luminal structures lines by monotonous nuclei with moderate amount of amphophilic cytoplasm & few enclosing secretions
The fibrocellular septae(right aspect) divided these into lobules !
