I used to see hyperflexibility as a special ability, something impressive and useful. But over time (in studies), I realized it can come with hidden downsides, and in the long run, it may lead to more complications than advantages.🥀🥲

I could not indeed wait until autumn so my charms and hyperflexibility led me into joining another school because I don't want to waste my summer. And I got a new toilet! So I've been doing more ma bu than sitting these past 7 days since I couldnt sit on the new one until today.
I did go back, watched and trained for 3 hours and I can't wait for autumn!!!!!

Since yesterday’s interview “10 questions with Domhnall Gleeson “ brought up his hyperflexibility.. Not putting his foot behind his head here, but close enough 🧡

I’m getting the Feb 27th vibes when the Omani foreign minister came all the way to the US and on TV to talk about imminent deals and the regime’s hyperflexibility on all issues

When I got my hyperflexibility diagnosis my mom was shocked then I reminded her that I cracked my foot by steppin on the top side of the foot in hs(it rotated from the side not from the front)

Actually that flexibility is really great for dancers especially if you do a dance style called “Flexing” that requires hyperflexibility. Step your cookies up baby :(

I was gonna say for me the full body clench is always PTSD even when it's aggravating the fibro or the hyperflexibility

Trauma does not cause unstable connective tissue and hyperflexibility. And telling women (because it's mostly women who have it) that it's a psychological problem is negligent.

the last 2 generations have focused on hyperflexibility, plowing through the music with loss of artistry; they don't get what has been lost.

with enough training and practice, anyone can do the second one. That first one, either hyperflexibility or exorcism time, no inbetween
