兄弟们，别用 Windows 跑 Hermes Agent 了，买 Mac 吧。 昨晚 WSL 里又看到熟悉的报错：`OSError: [Errno 5] Input/output error`，Hermes 终端 PTY 崩，屏幕全是 `^[[49;1R` `^[[200~` 转义序列叠在中文里。这月第三次。下面这串 bug 全部真实踩过，部分已提到 GitHub。 **1. WSL2 mirrored 网络 DNS 刷屏** mirrored 模式下 `dmesg` 几秒刷几百行 `CheckConnection: getaddrinfo() failed: -5`，WSL 健康检查跟 DNS 代理打架。修法是 `.wslconfig` 加 `dnsTunneling=true` `autoProxy=false` 再 shutdown。中文教程基本搜不到。 **2. computer-use-mcp 的 Node 段错误** `dmesg` 冒 `node: signal 11 (SIGSEGV)`，MCP 直接挂。底层是 libnut 调 `XGetImage` 对 WSLg 根窗口截屏，WSLg 不支持，返回 BadMatch，Node 原生模块崩。解决要拉 Xvfb 虚拟桌面顶替 WSLg 的 :0。Windows 这套半吊子 X 兼容层就是跑不起来。 **3. 终端 PTY 状态崩溃** 就是开头那条 `[Errno 5]`。prompt_toolkit 跟 Windows Terminal WSL 的 PTY 桥接偶尔失联，一失联就往屏幕喷 CPR 转义序列。我给 Nous Research 提了 issue **#10755**——`CLI crashes with OSError [Errno 5] on WSL2 when PTY disconnects`，目前还在 open。临时补丁是 `TERM=dumb`、`COLUMNS=120` 加过滤 CPR，能压不能治。 **4. Bun 从 WSL 调 Windows claude.exe 直接 panic** `panic(main thread): reached unreachable code / Bun has crashed`。CWD 是 WSL 路径、`--print` 模式调 Windows 端 claude.exe，Bun 直接撞 unreachable。典型 Linux↔Windows interop 边界 bug。规避要先 `cd /mnt/c/...` 或换 `--output-format stream-json`。Mac 没这层。 **5. Windows GBK 936 与 WSL UTF-8 打架** Windows 11 Home China 系统代码页默认 936（GBK），WSL 里 locale 是 C.UTF-8。Hermes 终端中文显示成问号，回车直接被吞。最后把 WSL profile 启动命令改成 `cmd.exe /c "chcp 65001 >nul && wsl.exe -d Ubuntu-24.04"`，每次先强切 UTF-8。Mac 终端原生 UTF-8。 **6. Python pyc 缓存让补丁假装生效** 改 .py 重启 Hermes，bug 还在——`__pycache__/*.pyc` 时间戳新过 `.py`，Python 用旧字节码。打补丁前都要 `find ~/.hermes -name '*.pyc' -delete`。WSL Windows 双层 fs 让时间戳更脆。 **7. MCP ImageContent 被静默丢弃** 我提的另一条 issue **#10759**——MCP tool 返回 ImageContent block 时被 Hermes 直接吞掉。叠加 ollama/ollama 的 **#15727**（Anthropic 兼容层在 cloud vision 模型上掉图片），截图工作流根本跑不通。 **夸一句 Nous Research 团队真的在 maintain。** 4 月 16 号我提的 **#10711**——Ollama 把 GLM 截断响应的 finish_reason 标成 `stop`，Hermes 默默丢掉最后输出——10 天就 closed。4 月 18 号那条 **#11001** 更夸张：400 invalid tool call arguments 触发 context compression 死循环（我叫它 death spiral），agent 不会优雅 abort。也修了。提 issue 当天 triage、一周合 PR，这速度在开源圈不多见。Hermes 本身是好东西。 问题不是 Hermes，是 WSL/Windows 这套兼容层耦合面太大。每次定位故障都要同时怀疑：Hermes 代码、WSL2、WSLg、Windows Terminal、chcp 936、Bun interop、Node native 在非原生 X 下的行为。**七层栈，每层都有概率出锅，每层都不是你能改的。** Mac M 系列原生跑 Linux 用户态：终端 UTF-8，没有 PTY 桥接，没有 X server 兼容层，没有 GBK，没有 mirrored DNS 折腾，Bun/Node native 在 Darwin 上一等公民。能省的不是某个 bug，是一整类 bug 的存在论。 工具好不好用，看你愿不愿意把它接进每天的脏活。我每天靠 Hermes 跑 Telegram、量化抓数据、MCP 浏览器自动化。Windows 上每周至少 3 小时在跟环境 yak shaving，本该用在 agent 真正的活上。下个月换 Mac mini M5，把 WSL 退役。 #HermesAgent #AIAgent
