THE SEASON OF altVMs IS HERE AND SKATECHAIN IS PUSHING IT FORWARD 📍
I’m sure you’ve seen 🛹 across the timeline and you don’t know how to get involved.
Let me properly onboard you ⤵️
@skate_chain is a universal application layer that enables you to interact seamlessly across various virtual machines (VMs) and multiple blockchains through a single state.
Let’s say you want to use a DeFi application (dApp) on Ethereum while holding assets on Solana. Normally, you’d need to bridge your assets from Solana to Ethereum, which can be alot of work and any error on your part would lead to loss of funds.
But with Skate in the picture, you can interact with Ethereum-based apps while still holding your assets on Solana.
Here’s the vision:
➜ A unified ecosystem connecting all major virtual machines—EVM, SolanaVM, and TonVM.
➜ Freedom for users and developers to interact effortlessly across chains.
Skate handles the communication and operations between the two blockchains. This makes it possible for you to use your favorite apps on any blockchain without the stress of switching through multiple networks or getting stuck in the complications behind it.
It’s the next era of interoperatibility, something the space has been in need of for a long time.
But it’s not just about convenience.
Skate is making sure that blockchain interactions are smarter and way more accessible.
Now this is where things get even better ⤵️
1️⃣ The Hub Chain: Manages app logic and state seamlessly across chains.
2️⃣ AVS Security Layer: Built on restaked ETH, ensuring secure and verified executions.
3️⃣ Executor Network: Handles execution on destination chains with minimal user involvement.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫:
Developers can deploy on one chain and expand their apps to others—effortlessly.
➜ With Skate,
@EclipseFND users don’t need to bridge to Ethereum or Base to access applications. Apps can be brought directly to them.
This opens up entirely new user bases while making cross-chain interactions smoother than ever.
𝐒𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐞 = 𝐀 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞.
As of last year, The Skateboard Workshop expanded its support for Non-EVM Chains.
Now ‘The Skateboard Workshop’ 🛹 is a platform within Skate that allows users to create, customize, or interact with assets across different blockchain environments.
We also saw the support for Non-EVM chains like: Solana, Cosmos and Polkadot.
By expanding to non-EVM chains, the Skateboard Workshop now supports applications or assets on these blockchains too, broadening its interoperability.

Take Polymarket, a blue-chip app initially on Polygon. Thanks to Skate, it now operates natively on TON (TonVM) and Eclipse (SVM) without needing to jump through technical hoops.
In just a month,
@skate_chain has successfully recorded an amazing $3.6M volume for the
@polymarket integration on
@EclipseFND.
This isn’t just interoperability; this is blockchain usability done right.
The goal is to extend established EVM apps to rising altVM chains. We’re just getting started.
To make the most out of it, start by exploring
@skate_chain. Early birds are already on it, buckle up if you want to be a part of this.
The best part is, I’ll be rolling out more contents about Skate soon. ‘Cause trust me, there’s so much to uncover.
If you’re ready for what’s next, you should be paying attention.
