Goolge Chrome console is good tool for debug, my favorite methods is console.time() and console.timeEnd()

I would definitely be interesting in hearing! As someone fairly new to DevRel who is also building out a team, I'm trying to learn as much as I can from others in the community!

We’re in the marketing department at Twilio. Happy to chat about why I think that works in our situation, if that would be interesting.

Yup! I’m currently building out a stand-alone Dev Rel team at @rapid_api and I’d be happy to discuss more if you’re interested! I think having dev rel be it’s own team really shows the companies commitment to community being a priority.

However, I do think they should be an org in & of itself, w/their own C. I think having their own dept, own goals, and own team structure is the only sustainable form. Otherwise they’ll keep being absorbed into other departments that are just another round hole for a square peg.

If they have to be put within an already-existing department, I’d argue heavily for Product. It has the most similar goals & overlaps with many of the same departments.

neither! I think DevRel belongs either in Product or as a stand-alone entity. I think trying to split teams is far too difficult for both the team and the managers.

Tuning in to youtube.com/c/nodejs foundat… is the easiest way to do this. Most @nodejs meetings are simulcast to Youtube.
