Paying $20/month and relying on #ChatGPT Memories for real work, only to see a complete Memory disappear without my consent! An automatic, silent removal without explicit user approval is unacceptable. When users rely on Memories as a core part of their work, actively curate them, and pay for this functionality, silent deletion is unacceptable. No Memory should ever be removed without explicit user consent. No changes should happen without a visible change log. No data loss should occur without a restore mechanism. Anything less fails basic professional standards. Thank god I do a continuously backup of my Data. But this behavior is a serious trust issue with ChatGPT.
