I cant view the study id love to see the methods. They make some very big claims for n=100. What was the interaction like? Were the autistic ppl masking? Were they talking to autistic ppl or NT people? They were also filmed. Empathy also doesnt mean you can mindread

It is also good at execution and code review, but overkill most of the time for those.
I think a lot of people are using a model that thinks much more deeply than other models, for tasks that don't require that level of thought.
That being said there are definitely some cases where I would want it to write pieces of code, or do code reviews, but only ~10% of the time.

What is causing warming? Many factors, we do not currently know enough and to assume one factor, a trace gas, is dominant. Also historical data falsifies this AGW CO2 claim.

They don't need to mindread. They need to ensure checks are in place and individuals coming from war-torn countries are properly integrated through socialisation programs. It works fairly well in Scotland. 👍

Projection. We mindread others on a regular basis and placing ourselves adjacent feels natural.
As envy is a part of everyone to one degree or another, the projected suffering also feels organic and true. Even though it is false. Just like our fiction.

i have a hard time understanding the concept of taking advantage of someone’s passivity in the more likely scenarios. like if you don’t communicate your wishes or needs, you can’t expect people to mindread. you also have to accept that you didn’t participate in the decision.

I mean, romantic movies, especially like those christmassy ones... It often starts with a woman who has a boyfriend who works long hours and earns alot of money to provide for her with whatever she wants. But she gets sad because he's never home. Rather than telling him, she visits her hometown and runs in to her old lover or old friend who coincidentally still lives there and is still single. They'll hang out or have to do something together like an event and they connect again.
Somehow her city boyfriend is portrayed as a bad guy by having a job.
And she's a victim because she didn't tell her city boyfriend about how she felt and therefor he didn't mindread her thoughts.
I like sappy movies, especially christmas ones and i'll watch these but i'm not a fool to think that these movies are actually "romantic" in the sense of what we think 'romantic' is.
