W sumie ciekawe czy C podczas multilig przy pokazywaniu tabeli ma jakiś mechanizm tworzący minitabele czy to jest takie, że przy równej liczbie punktów daj mistrzostwo X.
Bo przy remisie punktowym 15 drużyn mogłoby to nie być proste.

Sure, but let’s not bury the lede. On the same side as that pilon, while that knee merits all the evaluation & work up of a potential multilig/knee dislocation, in the absence of a vascular injury, that is not likely to be the determinant of this patient’s outcome.

It’s a multilig knee surgery. Tyreek hill just did his next day this year (albeit dislocated ). I feel like this is a hype video for a docuseries without addressing the elephant in the room that this was an emergency surgery.

Distal femur and shaft are both fairly straight forward. May want to run by whoever does the multilig in your area if plate vs rod is better for tunnels. The foot looks like a whole day project but sounds like that’s not the focus of this cases learning experience.

Spoke to an idiot at @evicorehc today. Tried denying surgery for a stiff knee 5 months after multilig recon. Said it “wouldn’t work”. Said he heard that “people who form keloids maybe shouldn’t have surgery” bc they’ll get stiff. This is the type of 💩💩💩 we’re up against.

Can be helpful to assess extent of varus/valgus laxity. I use stress views very frequently intraoperatively in multilig knee reconstructions, less frequently in clinic.

Unfair analogy. If it was a chronically dislocated Schenk IV I’d probably have the kitchen sink available.
But still. Multilig elbow should be able to stabilize
