Dragisha Millović, who is the deputy chairman of the Serb List, is attacking Kosovo’s institutions through the propaganda that “Kosovo will attack the Serbs.” This propaganda is being used as a shield for their actions on the ground, where they aim to restore the parallel structures that existed in 2021 and earlier.
Recently, Srećko Spasić in Kllokot, although he managed to push the Serb List candidate into the runoff, later withdrew from the race and was rewarded by Serbia with a fictitious position as the head of the “Provisional Municipal Body of Viti/Vitia.”
Millović has made it clear that Serbia’s hybrid warfare is functioning in its attempt to restore the pre-2021 reality, where:
- On the terrain, it expands parallel influence;
- In media and diplomacy, it spreads the narrative that “Kosovo will attack the Serbs,” aiming to restrain Kosovo’s response or portray any response as aggression.
However, Kosovo must neither remain silent nor fall into this trap. The response must be calm, lawful, and diplomatic, with continuous communication with international allies and relevant organizations. Any increase in security measures should be carried out quietly, without falling for provocations and without becoming part of Belgrade’s narrative.

A summary of the most important events in the Gaza Strip today

1. Today, the process of distributing food aid in the Gaza Strip began through a new distribution mechanism that provides a food diet for a week, based on organized registration.
2. Despite Hamas's threats to the residents not to take food from this mechanism, tens of thousands of Gaza population flowed into the distribution centers that were opened today in the Rafah area in the southern Gaza Strip. There is no fear barrier when it comes to food.
3. 8000 food aid baskets were distributed, equivalent to 462 thousand food share.
4. The distribution was stopped for a short period after a crowd of people stormed one of the distribution centers, which resulted in damage to the walls of the facility and stole a certain amount of parcel - without registration. A short hour later, the event ended and the distribution continued.
5. The distribution will continue in the same manner and will be expanded gradually to additional centers.
6. The United Nations and relief organizations complain that one of them stole their jobs and their rule of influence in the sector. Their impact on what is happening in the sector is diminishing.
7. For the first time, Hamas monopoly was canceled. It is less powerful. The erosion of its strength continues more intense.
8. Israel can properly market this step and claim its international legitimacy - but it needs help from the United States in the form of a positive general statement on this step.
9. An armed force from Gaza, who is not affiliated with the Palestinian Authority or Hamas, is responsible for the aid distribution department to the residents of the Gaza Strip.

Serbia continues to invest in "security monitoring" in north of Kosovo by installing hidden cameras and illegal weapons.
In every location, from monasteries to electric meters, they attempt to place illegal cameras and weapons.
This recalls when pur dearest @aliciakearns warned about the transportation of illegal weapons by Serbs to the north and to monasteries, and as it happened, the terrorist attack in Banjska took place.
Fortunately, we have a professional police force that is doing an excellent job in capturing these useless tools of Serbia.
